What time is pick up and Drop off?
· Our Pick-Up time is between 10-11am on day of departure.
· Our Drop-Off time is between 2-5pm on day of arrival.
· Please arrange arrival time with us so we can review the arrival/departure checklist and hand over the keys.
What are your Business hours?
· We are available by phone and email between 8am & 8pm, 7 days a week during rental season. (April 1st – Oct 15th)
· Monday – Saturday, 8am-5pm During the off season (Oct 15th – April 1st)
Do you allow pets?
· Currently, we do not have any pet-friendly rental units available.
What is included in the rental price?
- The rental comes with a full kitchen set including, dishes, cookware, coffee maker, dish soap, hand soap, utensils and RV toilet paper.
- Please note: the rental does not come with Bedding, linens, towels, pillows, dishtowels etc. However, we do offer Comfort Kits at an additional rate.
What accessories are available to rent?
· We offer a wide range of rental extras, including Bikes, Kayaks, BBQ’s, Camp stoves, Lawn Chairs and propane fire pits. We also have a wide range of boardgames for you.
Can I tow the trailer myself?
· Yes, We also offer delivery/pick up services.
What kind of Insurance do I need?
· Please contact us to discuss your options.
What happens if the trailer gets damaged and needs repair?
· Damages are to be reported to XCAPE RENTALS within 12Hrs. No repairs can be made without approval from XCAPE RENTALS. If repairs are required and you have approval, then you will be reimbursed upon submitting receipts.
Do I need a license to rent the trailers?
Yes, all “RENTERS” must have a valid license and be 25 years of age with a valid Credit Card.
Whats Included in the trailer?
All kitchen supplies you will need for a successful trip and all beds come with clean fitted sheets only. If you have any other needs please request during your booking request.
